CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

When making a booking, we require 50% deposit within 7 days. On day 8 your booking will be automaticly be cancelled if we received no payment. We also need your ID and a R600 breakage deposit in cash on arrival. NO ID AND BREAKAGE, NO STAY. All bookings must be paid in full on arrival unless arranged with managemnet - The accounts must be settled no later than 10am the following day. No manuel card payments or American Express cards. We charge per apartment and not per person.

 

GROUP BOOKINGS: If children involve - every apartment must be supervised with an adult

 

Check in 14h00 - EARLY CHECK IN TO BE ARRANGED DAY BEFORE

CHEKC OUT: 10H00 - STRICTLY

 

If you make a booking and you need to cancel the following is applicable:

DEATH OR SICKNESS: DEATH CERTIFICATE/SICK CERTIFICATE of the person immediate family that booked. 

WE THEN TAKE 10% ADMIN FEE AND WILL KEEP YOUR BOOKING ON CREDIT (minus the 10%)

 

We service the apartment everyday and every second day clean towels will be provided and if you stay longer than a week clean bedding will be provided. NO SERVICE ON SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. If you need bedding before day 7 it will be R50. Please make sure your pots have water in. We do not ask a service fee - only when the apartment is left in a mess. Please leave apartment in a suitable manner.

 

THE STAFF WORK ON A STRICT SCHEDULE OF 30 MIN PER SERVICE APARTMENT - IF THEY COME TO YOUR APARTMENT AND YOU ASK THEM TO COME LATER, THEY WILL NOT RETURN UNLESS YOU ARRANGE WITH MANAGEMENT.

 

PHONE OFFICE IN THE MORNING IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS - DO NOT LEAVE LETTERS AND DO NOT SEND MESSAGES WITH CLEANING STAFF.

WE ARE AVAILABLE FOR EMERGENCIES AFTER OFFICE HOURS AND WE ARE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS

 

NO ALCOHOL - to be walked around within the complexes

NO HUBBLY in the apartments or on premises

NO MUSIC - in the cars or in the apartments - Please be considerate to other guests

NO BALL GAMES OR SKATEBOARDING IN COMPLEXES

NO PETS

 

DO NOT BE A DISTURBANCE TO OTHER GUESTS. It must be quiet 22h00 in the week and 23h00 over weekends.

FRIENDS MUST BE OUT BY 22H00, ALL FRIENDS MUST PARK OUTSIDE.

ONLY PARK ON PARKING BAYS PROVIDED TO YOU. OTHERWISE YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AWAY.

 

PLEASE DO NOT - LEAVE YOUR VALUABLES AROUND

 

10% ADMIN FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY CANCELLATIONS 

 

  0-07 days forfeit 100% deposit paid

08-14 days forfeit   75% deposit paid

15-21 days forfeit   50% deposit paid

NO ACCEPTION WILL BE MADE
